    Hello Mandy, Just wondering have you taking down the recipe for the Coconuts tarts? I saw it previously and really wanted to try it out but seems like when i click on to it it dont exsist. Many thanks

      Trace, I have reverted some back to draft as I am undergoing some work to my recipes by adding watermark to my photos. This wil be back up as soon as its completed. Sorry for the wait.

      The only butter cake recipe I have is the Oreo bundt cake, how do you mean failed?

      Hi Mandy, it turned out to be very dry, and there is some part on the bottom of the cake which looks like not cooked enough but the sides and the top is already crunchy and hard..

      Sorry Renee only just saw this, maybe a bit late now but sounds like your oven is too hot. You need to lower the temp and maybe buy a oven thermometer to check the temp.

    Mandy I m just so much in love with all your recipes....the pages how to cream the layers n moist chocolate no longer exist.....would like to try out the chocolate cake recipes..Could you pls help out? I just moved to Kuala Lumpur, unable to find double whipping cream?? Any leads from ur followers in kl would help.thnxa ton

    Hi Mandy, I'm Nicole. would you by any chance have the Chocolate rice walnut cake receipe? I saw it in Nasi-lemak blog, tried making it twice and my family loves it, but just cant gets the fluffy texture. Mine's abit hard and heavy. Love your blog cuz you guide us thru steps by steps, and for beginars like me that helps alot.
