In bowl (A) mix in together;
130g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
In bowl (B) mix in together;
2 ripe bananas, mashed
50g caster sugar
30g light brown sugar
60 ml of oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
You will also need:6 tsp of Nutella on each muffin just before you bake it.
Preheat the oven at 200c.Fold bowl (A) into (B) carefully, don't over mix and scoop into cupcakes cases in a 6 hole muffin tin.
Fill 3/4 full and add a tsp of Nutella in the middle and swirl.Bake for 20 mins and voila!!
Best eaten when it's completely cool as the muffins are too soft when they're piping hot.
The mashed bananas will keep the muffins moist even the next day.
If your bananas are really sweet reduce sugar.Happy baking!!
