Fried sesame balls/Kuih bom

Ingredients:
150g Glutinous rice flour
110g cold water
60g sugar
1g bicarbonate of soda
1b baking powder
white sesame
cooking oil for frying
* I added red bean paste as filling
Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Add water slowly and combine the dry ingredients together and knead.
Divide pastry into the size you like and roll into balls.
Roll out small balls of red bean paste.
Flatten the pastry on your palm and add a ball of red bean paste in the middle and close up the pastry. Roll to get a round ball shape and cover with sesame seeds.
Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack and serve warm.
