Oreo chiffon cake

 

After seeing a few post of a chiffon cake sent in to me by my readers, I couldn't resist on making one.

I haven't made a chiffon cake for a while so I decided to make an Oreo chiffon cake.

My kids loves Oreos but daughter isn't too keen on chiffon cakes.

But my son who loves Chiffon cakes and Oreo's can't wait to eat it!

Here's my version of the Oreo chiffon cake, I hope you like it as much we did.

 

Nutella cupcakes

Mmmmm Chocolates! My weakness and I can't get enough of it!
How about a soft chocolate sponge with thick creamy Nutella buttercream?
This is one you have to try if you have a sweet tooth and a big fan of chocolate.
My daughter have helped me with this and it's the kind of baking you can get your children involve too!

 

Mini fruit tarts with crème patisserie

 

This is a delicious summer desserts made with home made crème patisserie and a sweet buttered short crust pastry tart.  My daughter loves all fruits and after making a Nutella cupcake, I feel I need a lighter and healthier dessert to balance it.

 

This is the perfect size for me, in this recipe I made 14 fruit tarts.
